Behzad Roshan is a professional attorney, founder and managing partner of the Dr. Roshan & Associates Law Firm. He is a member of Iranian Central Bar Association since 2011 and has more than 10 years' experience in international Trade law, international investment law, energy law and international contracts. Working full time in the International Law offices as a partner or associate during all these years, Dr Roshan has gained a lot of experiences in the field of international commercial law and international investment contracts such as joint-venture contracts, petroleum contracts, and construction contracts. Dr. Roshan specializes in international commercial law and international investment contracts such as joint-venture contracts, petroleum contracts, and construction contracts. He advises national and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, mergers, tender offers, reorganizations and joint ventures. An integral part of his practice, Dr. Roshan provides board-level legal counsel to help clients draft and manage complex deals through the marketplace. He has paved the way of several foreign corporations to invest in various megaprojects in Iran. As a managing partner, Dr. Roshan is responsible for the day to day operations of the business and practice groups across Dr. Roshan and Associates offices in Iran.
